Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I am currently married but seperated and have two kids one is a boy 7 And the other is a girl 2 now my wife has sent my son up to idaho with here dad for school cause she can't control him now I have no idea were he's at and what are my rights to getting him back cause there are no custody established and I wasent even givin a chance to take my son. And now that I won't to know were he is she has changed her phone number and will not let me see my daughter. If i found were my son is in Idaho can I go pick him up and take him back home cause her dad dosn't have custody of him and isnt there laws about taking children across state lines without say so's and is there a law about dening the children to see the father please help thanx

You would certainly have the right to go get your son and bring him back with you. I would recommend that you immediately file for divorce and file a motion with the court to get temporary custody of your children.
