Modification of child support & custody

I have been divorced for 9 years and he was ordered to pay child support. ex was making 13.50.hrly then, now has his own company making alot more. I want to take him to ORS to get more child support. He is now telling me he will get an attorney and fight for 50/50 custody. How likely is this, that it might happen? My boys are now 10 & 14, they have a half brother from me and there step father.

Don't let him intimidate you. Custody issues are separate from child support. Have ORS get your child support.
