Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
Money, divorce, Children
I need to get a divorce. I have no money. I have a place to stay but they don't have room for my kids. Would a judge look at it badly if I went and moved in with the family that'll doesn't have the room for my kids until I have the money to get my own place?

Talk to Utah Legal Services for free legal help, if you have no money. If your husband has money, any lawyer can help. The court can order your husband to continue to support you, including stay in your house while the divorce is pending. Your lawyer can also get you child support and maybe alimony plus 1/2 of the assets you and your husband own.
