During a divorce do I have to give my spouse any money.

It depends on the following: (1) Yes, if you have children with her, and she has the children.
(2) Yes, if she has not traditionally worked. (3) Probably, if you earn substantially more than her. (4) Maybe if she pays most of the marital debt. (5) Probably not if you both earn about the same amount and both pay about the same in bills. (6) Probably not, if you are paying most of the bills and she has a reasonable income to pay the remaining bills and living expenses.
