Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

The mother never signed over her rights and her kids were never taken away. Her on daughter lives with her aunt and the aunt is say she has custudy of the child witch the mother refused to sign her rights over to her? what to do?

Get in the car, drive over, and pick her up. If the aunt doesn't cooperate, call the police.
