Ex is moving
I currently live in Arizona and my ex-girlfriend lives in Utah with our 5 year old son. The last two times I have gone to pick up my son for visitaion I have noticed a for sale sign in front of the place where she is living. I belive that she has already gotten a new place but has not told me where she will be moving to with my son. How can I find out where she will be moving to if she does not tell me? Lately she has not been answering the phone when I call to talk to my son and I am supposed to be picking him up for summer visitaion in June and I want to make sure she does not try to move without telling me where they will be moving to.

Send her a letter, registered return receipt, and by regular mail confirming the date of your visit and asking for her address. If she ignores it, you will have to get some assistance to locate her and to file contempt charges.
