Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I am having a very nasty divorce with custody issues that had been for one year now. Because of the complexity of it; I need an attorney. I tried all the available options ( Legal aid etc)and nobody wants to take my case now because I run out of the money. I can't give up now. Can I turn to the attorney general office for help?

No. The Utah Attorney General's Office does not provide legal service for people in private civil cases, including divorce.
