Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

my nieces where taken from there mother and placed with their father (NOT FULL CUSTODY. their father was arrested on felony charges and may serve prison time. as there Aunt and a past legal guardian of the children how do i go about getting full or temporary custody?

You should file a petition for guardianship with the court.
