Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

i am a non custodial parent who has two of the three children living with him for the past year yet still paying full child support, with no $ help from my ex wife, is it in her power to call off her case with O.R.S.? or is court neccesary?

The ONLY way to get ORS to change your child support requirements is for YOU to get a new court order. I have done this for many clients.
