Im ontrail when ex. wife has thecharges!
My ex. got 3 drug charges 6 months agao i have had my boyas since then yet the guardian lithm and the commisner all act as if i ahave to prove im fit when she got arrested not me?

The guardian ad litem wants to know what you were doing to allow your wife to use drugs while she was caring for the children. You have a duty to protect your children from your wife's drug use. You are probably suspected for using drugs as well.
