Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

What are my options?

My ex husband leaves our three children ages 9,7,and 5 with his sister to baby sit while he is at work. My children all say that they are mistreated while with her. I told the kids they needed to talk to him about it, as he doesn't listen to me. What can I do to ensure that they are being treated well, what are my options?

Re: What are my options?

You should find out the details of the mistreatment. If you believe it is actual mistreatment, then contact the Division of Child and Family Services and file a complaint.

You may want to get a court order allowing you to care for the children while your ex is at work.
