Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I was ordered to pay more child support in January this year because my income had changed since my original divorce. I was laid off in February and my severence package gave me 6 months of pay. I am still looking for a job and that 6 months has expired. My unemployment is 60% less than my child support is figured on. Can I refile to reduce my child support to meet my current income?

You can try - but you will have to show the court that you cannot get another job at your former wage for some particular reasons.
