overturn lower courts decision to terminate parental rights

I am looking for any "cite" cases where the appeals court overturned the lower courts decision to terminate a parents rights. So far our attorney has not been able to find any I will accept any from any us state but especially from the western states. thank you in advance for your help, it is gratefully appreciated.

This is a response that isn't really a response. I don't want to ignore your question because it's important. But I'm not going to do your research for you. You can go online and visit many states' web pages, go to 'judicial' and see what their appeals courts say. Search words might include "parent!" and "rights" and "terminat!." The ! means the search engine can expand the root word to include parental and termiation.
