Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

From where do I need papers to serve my ex for paternity and custody

I live in Virginia, my ex now resides in utah since end of June/first of July. My son was born on March 18, 2007. I have filed papers in Georgia where she was staying with her parents. She moved to avoid being served. Do i need to get new papers from Utah or are the ones from Georgia legal to be served in Utah. She still has a Georgia driver's license and Virginia tags.

New papers need to be filed for Utah.
