Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

The paperwork (written 12 years ago states I have my sone every Mon. The mom has him every Wed. Thurs. From the beginning we switched days because of my work schedule, so in reality I have him Wed. Thurs. and his mother has him Mon. Tues.

She now wants to switch because she is mad at me. We have done this for years and i would lose out on days because of my work schedule. Can she do that?

She can enforce the last signed court order. If you do not have a court order for the current schedule she can probably get that enforced until you get a new order signed by the judge.

You may call for a free consultation.
