Parental Rights

Baby is 1. Both parents drug issue & have missed some court dates but not all. Left rehab that wasn't working but finally found one that works and are doing great. Baby with grandparents and efforts are being made to take away our parental rights. Do we still have a chance? If we prove to the judge we are attempting to succeed will the adoption be stalled? Will we be able to regain custody? court date is Nov 14th for pretrial for termination of parental rights. What can we do to try to get another chance?

You have to prove to the court that you have changed your ways and can stay clean and act responsible. Ask the court for more time to prove your responsibility.
