I would like to take my daughters biological fathers rights away

It is possible if the father has abandoned the child (no contact for 6 months) or if he represents a risk to the health and safety of the child (history of child abuse, violence or drug use.) If you want to deprive him of his rights only because you do not like him, then you will not be successful.
