Parental Rights

I gave my right up to my little girl. I did this two months ago. I feel like I was foursed by my family and I want her back. How do I get her back?

You told the judge in open court that you were giving up your rights of your own free will and choice, and signed a document to that effect in court. You would have to prove that you were being forced. I suggest you get some counseling from a professional. You can call the county mental health services for a start. Please also think about what is in the best interests of your child. A loving two parent stable home is of immense value to a child.
