Parental Rights

Parental rights not terminated, but DCFS is working toward adoption. Drug issues, but now have documented 2 months sober. Pretrial for parental rights is a month away. What happens at pretrial for termination of parental rights? Do we go in front of a jury? Can we get reunification restored?
