Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

parental right were terminated due my sons lawyed stated that my son consented to adoption. the lawyer lied allso the judge orded we could have a final visit and it has never happened my son was thirteen at the time. he chose to come home to me. he allso wanted to be at the trial and they denied him that. they wont let us see each other becaseu they lied. I miss my child he has run away from sevral faster homes. he wants to come home. please help us! I need to see my child I have a nice home and a steady income.
