Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

my parents are divorced and i turn 18 in september. i want to move out and go live with my mom when i turn 18. but i will still be in high school. can i still move in with her becasue my dad says i cant. i live in utah.

When you are 18 you can choose where you live.
