Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
ex parte child protective order
how do I argue and win what was a temporary order but needs to be made permanent through trial? My 3 year old has shown signs of sexual abuse, we have a dr opinion saying the vaginal tear was mechanical and the temporary order expires this week . . . help?

Return to court and request that the order be made permanent based on the evidence you supply. You may call for a free consultation.
