Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
I am paying child support on two kids and one is 18 and is graduating. I pay my ex directly per the divorce decree and it states until 18 and graduates. can I just reduce the support?

You can reduce when your oldest child turns 18 or graduates from high school, whichever is later. Once that occurs, you recalculate the child support for the one remaining child based on the incomes used when child support was first determined for the two children.
