Paying support to spouse when in the others custody

I am currently paying child support to my ex-spouse in New York while I reside in Utah. I will have my kids over the summer well over 30 days. By Utah law, am I still obligated to pay child support to my ex while they are in my care?

Under Utah law, after 30 days you can reduce child support by 1/2. So if you have them for 60 days, you can deduct one half month.
