Can a person unadopt kids ? I've raised my kids for ten years and adopted them a couple of years ago my wife left a week ago is allready with someone else left me behind on all the bills and now wants $600 to $800 child support plus $900 for a bankruptcies payment

No, you can't "unadopt" children. If you and your wife get divorced and she gets custody of the children, you would have to pay her child support in an amount consistent with the child support guidelines based on your and her respective gross monthly incomes. As far as the bankruptcy is concerned, unless it's a joint bankruptcy there's no requirement you need to make those payments. It's up to the court in the divorce case to determine how marital debt should be allocated.
