Personal Property
My friend had left her house for the day, when she came back her husband had changed all of the locks and would not let her in her house. She got a few of her clothes out but has a lot more personal property in the home. Her husband is a drug addict. Is on probation. They share a child together and have one on the way. How can she get all of her property back and what is the best way to handle all of this?

She will have to file an action before the court seeking control of her property and custody of the child. She should see an attorney, as he is probably a control freak, and she is probably intimidated by him.
