pregnant minor wanting to get married

I am 16 and pregnant my boyfriend is 18 and has a job and can suport us my parents won't let us get married and my mother is trying everything to get me to have an abortion i do not want. i'm scared to eat, drink or take anything she gives me because she might try to give me something that would cause a misscarage. How can we legally get married with out my parents consent?

You can apply to a court to become an emancipated minor, which means the court declares you are an adult, despite your age. Before deciding what you do, please seek out a competent counselor. I do not recommend abortions, since there are serious emotional problems that often follow abortions. You may want to consider placing the child for adoption, since you are so young. Do not make any hasty decisions. What ever you decide, the consequences will be with you for the rest of your life.
