Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

When I was pregnant with my son I told this guy that he could possibly be my son's father. He said he doesn't want any part in it so I kept it a secret from my family and everyone who mattered. My son is now 5 years old and I am married to a great man who wanted to put it down on paper that my son is his son so we changed my son's last name and my husband is his father on the birth certificate. This guy who could possibly be my son's biological father all of a sudden wants a paternity test done and if my son is his he wants visitation rights which I think he gave up the moment he told me that he doesn't want any part in my son's life. What can I do to keep that man from trying to see my son that he didn't want to claim? I live in Utah and this guy lives in California.

There really isn't much you can do. If he is the father he has the right to establish that fact legally and to get visitation rights.
