Who gets pre-marital property

if the husband purchased a home that needed to be rebuilt and spent three years prior to marriage owning and restoring home, how much is the wife entitled to that married him four years after he purchased the home?

Re: Who gets pre-marital property

She is entitled to one half of the increase in value of the home from the date of the marriage until the date of separation. So if the house was purchased for $75,000 prior to the marriage, but improvements made the home worth $100,000 at the time of the marriage, and then at the time of the divorce the house is worth $130,000, she would be entitled to $130,000 - $100,000 = $30,000 divided by 2 = $15,000.
