previous adoption questions

her reasoning behind the adoption was so my daughter could be financially taken care of. since i have been kicked out, i am living in a nice home with the birth father and things are going well. i do know the name of the attorney we went to to sign the papers, we haven't gone to court for it and its been almost 6-7 months since this happened. i have aked for copies of the papers that i signed and my mother and the attorney are refusing to do so. mky question is, what are the steps i need to go through to get my daughter back before its too late?
