Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
Is the primary residence for the children in a divorce a major issue we have agreed on joint legal and physical custody with the division being 170 and 195 days we will have alternating weeks as we both will be living in the same town

the primary residence is the home where the child spends the most time.

It doesn't have to be a major issue if the parents can create a workable arrangement as to how they will split up their time with the children. It sounds like what you have decided on would be fine.
