Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
Property acquired during divorce
If I buy a truck and pay half with home equity that was settled and finance half the amount, is it considered marital property? Anything I purchase until divorce is final - is it considered marital property?

Re: Property acquired during divorce
If you received equity from your share of a house from part of a divorce settlement, and then used that money to buy a truckm, the truck is not marital property, but is your own "non marital" property.
