My husband had a home with his ex wife it took her 5 years to refinance he signed a quit claim deed the day of the divorce. She has since refinanced March of 2007 however the house was in foreclosure proceedings and his credit history shows she made one yes one payment on time in the last 5 years. He never got equity out of the home is there some compensation he can go after for her ruining his credit like that. She never told him she was behind we found it looking at his credit.
