property settlement

my wife gets paid very well but can go

for almost a year between deals. She

is going to receive about 1.2 - 1.8

million in the next 6 months or so. Our

marrage of 8 1/2 years is falling apart.

I have moved out of our house. I was

a stay at home dad not employed. I

think see saw this payday coming

along and wanted all for herself. My

not living under the same roof and not

giving her any support ( I'm the one

who needs support right now) ---- can

this effect any property (real or cash)

distribution latter.

Either spouse can seek alimony from the other. When income is sporatic, the court can average income over a long period of time to establish a fair settlement. You may call for a free consultation.
