Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I have a protective order against me in Utah . It's the only court document at this time. The civil part of it, which include my wife temporary custody and visitation for me thru a third party expired after 150 days of it. What I should do next? My wife knews about it and she holding the baby continue visitations for 1 month now and I'm unable to enforce nothing because she is not in contempt of any court order. Can I modified the protective order by asking the commissioner to extend this part and modified the third party failure to helping with visitations. Suggestions?

You will need to file for either divorce or legal separation and get a temporary visitation order.
