Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
Question: My son is in Tennessee with my parents, I live in Utah and about a dozen plans have fell through on getting him home, so I am going to go out there and get him, the reason there stating that they dont want to give him back is because of my job I am an escort but have full custody of him, can they do this???

They don't have the legal right to do that and your employment should have nothing to do with you having custody of your own child so long as you're able to provide a safe, clean and stable environment. I offer a free initial consultation in case you want to discuss your case in more detail. There are a number of things we could do to assist you in getting your son back. It's essential that you take action in the near future so you don't run into any jurisdictional issues. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you, Cory R. Wall
