Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
i have question im going threw a custody battle with my child father and yesterday was are court hearing and the judge had rule that we share custody for the next 60 days until are next court date so every week we have to trade off are daughter but what im suppose to do when the father of my child dosent wanna communicate with me and dose ever answer the phone to make the trade off and i also have one more question when we go back to in the next 60 will what i mean is he has four warrants for his arrests for �Battery
�Impaired Driving
Assault, one other that i dont know what it is and hes been on the run for about almost four years but he got arrest for it on june 17 but then got release the next morning cause he promise he would appear in court so they release him and how would i know if he even went to his court dates and isnt still on the run and i know for a fact hes still smoking weed i dont know for sure if he smokes it around my baby becuase i havent seen her for almost a month hes kepts her from me before we even went to court to see if i can get temporary custody but instead we got share custody. what can i do to try to get my daughter back?

You need to get a lawyer to clearly state to the court what is going on. If the court knew your child father was on drugs, had warrants outstanding etc, he would not have given him custody - unless you also are on drugs.
He is in contempt of court for failing to abide the order of temporary custody. he needs to be taken back to court and sanctioned.
