Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Quitclaim after divorce

The divorce was final June 2002 but the properity wasn't completed until 2004 My ex-husband left Utah before the divorce was final and left no forwarding address. I was granted three timeshares but because I have no ability to locate him the companies refuse to remove his name without a Quitclaim. How can I do a quitclaim without his signature since we have had no communication since Nov 2001, I don't know where he is. We had no children nor was any other property granted to me. I want his name removed from the deeds since he no longer has any leagal right to the property according to the legal documents granted to me in a Salt Lake City court. I now live in Alabama.

Return to court and ask the court to order the court clerk to sign for your ex. You will need to show what steps you took to find the ex; and will probably need to advertise the action in he paper.
