Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

We need to do a re-adoption in Utah. Can we do this ourselves? or is an attorney required? Our son was adopted in Vietnam.

Adoptions are best handled by attorneys since there are technical issues that must be addressed. If one does not have experience in these things the process can get messed up.
