Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
References on Lawyers
Is there a place to find out information on lawyers? References, cases they have tried, court rulings, etc.?
How do you find out who the best lawyer is for you? Outside of meeting with each of them personally.
Also, is there a way to find out which lawyer has litigated against another certain lawyer? Such as in a divorce action, so I could hire the other one.
Thank you.

Re: References on Lawyers
The first place you could start is by contacting the Utah State Bar to find out the disciplinary record of a particular attorney. From there, there is no database that tracks the sort of information you are requesting. Like many other businesses and professions, it's often best to ask around to get references and meeting with attorney's face to face to see which one you feel best suits your needs. The attorney-client relationship depends to a great extent on personal "chemistry" and it's for that reason that it's usually best to meet with several to see who you feel most comfortable with. As far as myself, you are certainly welcome to check our website to get information about divorce cases. Our website is walllegalsolutions.com. Thank you.
