Reimbursement of Dependent Children Medical Expenses/Divorce

I believe that my ex-spouse has been billing me for half of the out-of-pocket expenses for our two children and then turning the bill into Medicaid for reimbursement as well. If I can prove that she has intentionally billed me for amounts that were paid to her by Medicaid, what are my options?

Sue her for a return of the money and contempt of court for fraud.
