I want to move out of state with my six year old son. What legal rights does my ex-husband have if he doesn't want me to move.We have joint custody, but I have sole physical custody.

You are required to give him 45 days written notice. He has the right to a hearing to determine whether the move is in the best interests of your child. He may also be entitled to a change in visitation schedules.
