You can't re-open your divorce case in the sense that it would mean re-litigating all of the issues in your case. However, the court has continuing jurisdiction to modify certain aspects of your divorce decree based upon a change in circumstances. Without having more information it's difficult to determine whether what you're wanting to do would be feasible.

Since it has been so long since the divorce the court is not likely redo what was done in 2005. However, since your circumstances have obviously changed, the court may revisit some of the on going issues, such as child visitation, child support etc.
