Re-open Divorce Preceedings

Under what conditions am I able to reopen my Divorce settlement? I let him strong arm me into leaving with nothing, because I did not have money for an attorney and his best friend was representing him for free.

You can reopen within 6 months if you can show you were coerced, intimidated or that some form of fraud or misrepresentation occurred.
