Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
I was represented poorly for 2 years and long drawn out legal fees concerning custody. My lawyer was interested only in billing hours and I ended up not getting anything done. $I paid 20,000 of a $45,000 bill. I want to sue the lawyer, for what I gave him, and get rid of their bill, which is turned over to a collection agency. Do I have to hire ANOTHER lawyer, to fight this thief that took me to the cleaners? Thanks

You don't have to hire an attorney, but I wouldn't recommend going it alone.
