Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I am required to diclose income, assets, etc. after the date of separation or only one year prior to the separation. I will have been separated from my spouse for (1) year on November 14, 2009 and was served with divorce papers on August 29, 2010. We have been married since 2007.

You are required to disclose that information, as well as your husband doing the same. The information is used to calculate child support and alimony. You are required to disclose for the period requested by the opposing party. If no period is specified, then for the current time.
