Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I had a restraining order against my husband. His attorney refused to negotiate any terms of the divorce until I dropped it. My attorney advised me to dismiss it, which I reluctantly did. In the hearing, my husband's attorney demanded the record be sealed. We consented and everyone had to say they understood that the record is sealed. But when the divorce hearing came, his attorney repeatedly cited and referenced the sealed restraining order case and accused me of admitting that I'd brought a frivolous restraining order against him. How do I file a complaint against the attorney for violating the terms?
