rights over deceased aunt's remains

My aunt died over two years ago and since her widower as moved out of state and is with another woman. We as her family would like her moved to a cemetary closer to us. Do her parents and siblings have any rights in having her body moved? If not, when her widower dies would we then have the right to move her body?

Although he does not no this she was planning on leaving him before she suddenly passed away. Not that it would make any difference with the law, but we know she didn't want to be with him any longer that is why we are asking.

You have no rights. The husband is the custodian of the gravesite as long as he lives. If he gave permission then the body could be moved. After he passes away, you could petition the court for permission to move her.
