Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Rights to school information

We have full custody and guardianship or our grandson. Do we have the right to tell the school that he attends not to give out any information about him (academic or behavior wise etc.) to anyone including his mother that has shared non-custodial visitation only with the father?
