I am seeking an annulment/divorce due to fraudulent practices in my marriage. My spouse is admittingly gay and has been before and through our entire marriage. She has had multiple affairs which are documented. How do I find if there are similar cases out there based on fraud?
I was unaware of her homosexuality prior to our marriage. I have emails that document her reasoning to marry was parental pressure
